Each of these glass stones is built from 6-7 different glasses, fired in the kiln until they melt together to form what I consider an appropriate fire. half end up getting tossed. The colors shift and move during the firing process creating patterns that can never be repeated. No two stones are ever exactly alike!
Fire has always been woven into my life. It lives in my artwork. Where glass is shaped and transformed by hea. It lives on my ranch. Fire means warmth and survival.
